What this does
Solace is the primary intelligence interface for Moral Clarity AI. It does not exist merely to answer. It exists to help determine whether an answer has enough present-state support, authority, and constraint to be trusted or acted upon.
The system is designed around the difference between plausibility and admissibility. A response can sound coherent and still fail when it reaches the boundary of consequence.
